What is the life expectancy of my HVAC system?

It really depends on the brand, the way HVAC system was maintained (freon level, air-filter replacements etc), how often it was used etc. We would say between 15 and 22 years. It might work even more, but in this case you should consider its efficiency and overall performance, since it can significantly increase your utilities bill.

What brands do you install?

We work and install all major HVAC brands of Central HVACs (gas/electric and Heat pumps) and Mini-splits (Ducted and ductless).

What is a heat pump?

A heat pump is part of HVAC system and is installed outside your home. Like an air conditioner, it can cool your home, but it’s also capable of providing heat. It's all electric and doesn't need gas. Is a must if you have or planning install solar panels.

Do I need HVAC maintenance?

Yes. We recommend replacing air-filter every 2-4 months. If you use high density air-filters even more often then. Usually, if it's easy accessible customers can replace them on their own and save money.
Overall system tune-up should be performed every 2-3 years to make sure system has sufficient freon level as it effects on cooling temperature (and heating for Heat pumps), compressor health and amount of electricity bills.

Great company overall! This last go around I worked with Vasiliy, and he was very professional and cordial. He came to my house the day after I called our AC went out, and he fixed our AC that same day (replaced a capacitor and added freon; also checked all the other components). He did this on top of having a very busy schedule in the middle of a heatwave. A week later I saw a water leak from a pipe that had a possible connection to our original AC unit issue. Vasiliy again came out without a fuss and checked it out. He said everything was fine and he then left without charging me.

Vasiliy was great! I called because our AC was having problems. Luckily the heat wave was last week... Vasiliy was able to come out the first thing the next day. He was honest and told us what needed to be done and showed us proof (which was great). He replaced several parts to make our AC running like new.
