At A Cool Air, Inc., we believe in honest, upfront service with no surprises. Before we begin any work, you’ll receive a clear and detailed price estimate. If you choose not to proceed, there’s no charge—regardless of the time spent diagnosing the issue. You owe nothing unless we perform the repair. For rental properties, we operate with the understanding that any repair under $300 is pre-approved to help avoid delays and streamline service.

All of our repairs are backed by a two-year warranty on both parts and labor, giving you peace of mind long after the job is done. If we’re unable to fix the problem—even after making every reasonable effort—you won’t be charged. Payment is only due upon completion of the repair. If payment isn’t made, we reserve the right to remove any installed parts.

We prioritize repair over replacement. If your system can be fixed, we’ll fix it—period. If it truly can’t be repaired, we’ll provide clear proof before recommending replacement. Our goal is to deliver fair, reliable service that puts your needs first.
