At A Cool Air, Inc., we believe in honest, upfront service with no surprises. Before we begin any work, you’ll receive a clear and detailed price estimate. You owe nothing unless we perform the repair (except the service call fee, if the issue can be fixed and costs less than $500). For rental properties, we operate with the understanding that any repair under $300 is pre-approved to help avoid delays and streamline service.
All of our repairs are backed by a one-year warranty on both parts and labor (unless otherwise stipulated), giving you peace of mind long after the job is done. If we’re unable to fix the problem—even after making every reasonable effort—you won’t be charged. Payment is only due upon completion of the repair. If payment isn’t made, we reserve the right to remove any installed parts.
